Sweet and sour pork fillets Pork tenderloin fillets, marinated in TOP Balsamic vinegar with thyme honey and Horio Sustainable olive oil!

SWEET AND SOUR PORK FILLETS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tenderloin in washers
  • 30 ml TOP Balsamic vinegar with honey
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 2 tblsp Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • 1 tblsp plum marmalade
  • Salt, pepper

EXECUTION

  1. Mix tenderloin washers, TOP Balsamic vinegar with honey, Horio Sustainable olive oil and the rest of the ingredients. Leave pork fillets in this marinade in room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven at 220 C and bake fillets with their marinade for 10 minutes.

 

Tip: Serve with basmati rice.
