EXECUTION
Mix tenderloin washers, TOP Balsamic vinegar with honey, Horio Sustainable olive oil and the rest of the ingredients. Leave pork fillets in this marinade in room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven at 220 C and bake fillets with their marinade for 10 minutes.
Tip: Serve with basmati rice.
