EXECUTION
For the dressing: Put garlic, lime juice and TOP Balsamic vinegar with honey in a small bowl.
Mix in a fast pace and add finely chopped coriander. Blend all ingredients well.
Add vegetable oil with the blender still running, so that dressing becomes smoother.
Season with salt and pepper.
For the salad: Thinly slice onion. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and finely chop cucumber.
Put vegetables, salmon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
