EXECUTION
We clean, wash and dry the rocket.
We wash, peel and cut the pears into quarters.
We cut the goat cheese into slices, the bacon into cubes and we chop the hazelnuts into very small pieces.
In a frying pan we sauté the bacon until it becomes crunchy.
In a bowl, we stir the ingredients of the marinade with the help of a wire whisk. We add the pears, the hazelnuts and the bacon and we leave them in the marinade for 5 minutes.
We place the rocket in a bowl, we stir the mixture well and we serve it in individual plates, and we add the goat cheese on the top.
