We mix the ingredients of the dough in a mixer until mixture becomes elastic.
We put the dough in the refrigerator to rest, for about 45 minutes.
We place the ingredients of the filling in a bowl and we stir well with a help of a wire whisk.
We spread butter on a large tart-pan and we lay the dough carefully using our fingertips.
We bake in a pre-heated oven in 180 C for 15 minutes.
We take it out of the oven, we add the filling and we bake again in 140 C for 30 minutes until the surface starts to brown and until the cream is baked.
We leave it aside to cool, we cut it and we serve.
