Tart with lemon cream

TART WITH LEMON CREAM

INGREDIENTS
  • 50 ml TOP white vinegar
  • 250 gr all-purpose flour
  • 50 gr crystalline sugar
  • 100 gr Horio soft unsalted with cow butter
  • 1 yolk of egg
  • 150-200 ml water

    INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

  • Grated peel from 2 lemons
  • Lemon juice from 4 lemons
  • 120 gr honey
  • 4 eggs

EXECUTION

  1. We mix the ingredients of the dough in a mixer until mixture becomes elastic.

  2. We put the dough in the refrigerator to rest, for about 45 minutes.

  3. We place the ingredients of the filling in a bowl and we stir well with a help of a wire whisk.

  4. We spread butter on a large tart-pan and we lay the dough carefully using our fingertips.

  5. We bake in a pre-heated oven in 180 C for 15 minutes.

  6. We take it out of the oven, we add the filling and we bake again in 140 C for 30 minutes until the surface starts to brown and until the cream is baked.

  7. We leave it aside to cool, we cut it and we serve.
