EXECUTION
For the chocolate sauce: Heat dark chocolate, TOP Balsamic Cream and brown sugar in a bowl over boiling water (bain marie), until the sugar has melted. Let cool.
To serve: Divide the yogurt and strawberries between individual serving bowls. Drizzle the sauce over the top.
