EXECUTION
Finely chop onions and leave aside.
Put flour in a plate and then put liver in flour. Cover both sides and season with salt and pepper.
Put Horio cow butter and Horio Classic olive oil in a pan.
Fry liver from each side for 2 minutes and leave aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp Horio cow butter and sauté onion over high heat until brown.
Add TOP Balsamic Cream with Honey and Lemon and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve liver with caramelized onions on top and sprinkle with parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, if necessary, and serve.
