Béarnaise sauce A unique sauce or dip, with estragon, lemon juice, clarified butter, egg yolks and TOP White Balsamic vinegar.

BEARNAISE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tblsp TOP White Balsamic
  • 160 ml clarified butter
  • 1 tsp dry estragon
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Salt-pepper

EXECUTION

  1. Heat water in a pot in medium heat (do not boil) and place a bowl above.

  2. Add the yolks and TOP White Balsamic in the bowl and mix with a wire, while slowly adding the butter.

  3. Once butter is added in the mixture, remove from heat.

  4. Add rest of the ingredients while constantly mixing.

Tip: Sauce is ideal for grilled meat or fish, French fries or asparagus.
