Spinach Salad with manouri cheese, mushrooms and TOP Balsamic Cream with pomegranate and vanilla A salad that will give us flavor, energy and lots of nutrients. Enjoy it on the side or as a main course!

SPINACH SALAD WITH MANOURI CHEESE, MUSHROOMS AND TOP BALSAMIC CREAM WITH POMEGRANATE AND VANILLA

INGREDIENTS
  • 400gr fresh spinach
  • 180gr manouri cheese
  • 250gr fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons TOP Balsamic Cream with pomegranate and vanilla
  • 30 ml Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil 
  • salt and pepper

EXECUTION

  1. Rinse the spinach leaves and drop them in a bowl.

  2. Use another bowl to slice cheese and mushrooms.

  3. Mix TOP balsamic cream with pomegranate and vanilla, Horio olive oil, salt and pepper along with cheese and mushrooms. Add them in the bowl of spinach and mix.

  4. Pour over the sauce with TOP balsamic cream with pomegranate and vanilla and serve.
