Roasted chicken with grape tomatoes, potatoes, thyme and TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard Our beloved chef, Dimitris Skarmoutsos, creates an amazing recipe with juicy chicken thighs, vegetables and rich vinaigrette.

ROASTED CHICKEN WITH GRAPE TOMATOES, POTATOES, THYME AND TOP BALSAMIC CREAM MUSTARD

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 chicken thighs (2 kilos) with skin, bone-in
  • 600 gr potatoes in quarters
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ¼ cup TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Horio Koroneiki Variety olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 250 gr grape tomatoes

EXECUTION

  1. Preheat oven at 220C.

  2. Put chicken, potatoes, onion, garlic and thyme in two baking sheets.

  3. In a vase, shake TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard, Horio Koroneiki Variety olive oil and sugar until melted.

  4. Drizzle chicken with TOP mixture and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes.

  6. Add grape tomatoes.

  7. Bake for another 10 minutes, until chicken is ready.

  8. Serve with vegetables.
