SALAD WITH FIGS AND TOP BALSAMIC CREAM WITH HONEY AND LEMON SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

For the salad

  • 6-8 fresh figs (depends on their size)
  • Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • 140 gr rocket
  • ¼ cup or 30 gr peanuts
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries
  • 110 gr blue cheese or gorgonzola

For the sauce

  • 2 tbsp Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon

EXECUTION

  1. Oil a broiler and over medium heat lay it with figs sliced in half. Leave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix Horio Sustainable olive oil with TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon.

  3. In a salad bowl put rocket, figs, peanuts, cheese and cranberries. Pour sauce over the salad and serve.
