EXECUTION
We stir the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl with the help of a wire whisk. We add the cutlets and we leave them in the marinade for 5 minutes.
We boil the ingredients of the Asian sauce and we condense it on the 1/3 of their quantity. As soon as it is cooked, we leave the sauce to cool.
We grill the cutlets from both sides until they start to brown.
We serve in a large plate and we pour the sauce all over the top.
