Pork cutlets marinated with Asian sauce

PORK CUTLETS MARINATED WITH ASIAN SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg pork chops (cutlets with bone)

    INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINADE

  • 1 pack of fennel powder
  • 1 pack of cress powder
  • 60 ml TOP red vinegar
  • Fresh grated salt, black pepper

    INGREDIENTS FOR THE ASIAN SAUCE

  • ½ lt water
  • 120 ml soya sauce
  • 120 ml molasses
  • 120 ml TOP balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pack of fresh ginger, cut into very small pieces

EXECUTION

  1. We stir the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl with the help of a wire whisk. We add the cutlets and we leave them in the marinade for 5 minutes.

  2. We boil the ingredients of the Asian sauce and we condense it on the 1/3 of their quantity. As soon as it is cooked, we leave the sauce to cool.

  3. We grill the cutlets from both sides until they start to brown.

  4. We serve in a large plate and we pour the sauce all over the top.
