BAKED FLORINA PEPPERS WITH TOP BALSAMIC CREAM BARBEQUE

INGREDIENTS
  • 600 gr red Florina peppers
  • 60 gr caper
  • 80 ml Horio Sustainable olive oil

FOR THE DRESSING

  • 180 ml Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • 60 ml TOP Balsamic Cream Barbeque
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 5 gr salt
  • 2 gr oregano

EXECUTION

  1. Rinse peppers well and bake in the oven with Horio Sustainable olive oil for about 40 minutes.

  2. When ready, peel and garnish with caper. Prepare the dressing. Mix in a bowl Horio Sustainable olive oil, TOP Balsamic Cream Barbeque, oregano, garlic, salt and drizzle over the peppers.
