EXECUTION
Preheat oven at 120C.
Put each series of ribs in aluminum foil.
Season generously with salt, place thyme sprigs in each package and fold tightly.
Put rib packages in a baking sheet and bake for 3-4 hours until very soft.
Let cool before unfolding each aluminum foil.
For glaze: Put TOP Balsamic Cream with Honey and Lemon, ketchup, beer, garlic, onion, brown sugar, molasse, mustard, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and water in a large pot and simmer over medium-low heat for a few hours, occasionally stirring, until sauce thickens.
Leave aside.
Preheat oven at 230C.
Separate ribs, put in a baking sheet layered with aluminum foil and brush generously with glaze.
Bake for 4-5 minutes.
Serve.
