EXECUTION
Heat Horio Classic olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Add the onion, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 6 minutes.
Add TOP Balsamic Vinegar and cook for 30 more seconds.
Put parmesan, tomato pasta, oregano, garlic powder, basil and mince in a bowl and knead them well.
Make 4 burgers and heat a grill pan over medium high heat.
Oil the pan and cook the burgers both sides.
Fill each bun with lettuce leaves, 2 slices of tomato, 1 burger and ¼ cup of the onion mixture and serve.
