EXECUTION
Preheat oven at 200 C fan.
In a large bowl add TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard, honey, garlic, salt, pepper and whisk. Add chicken thighs, mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
In another bowl add potatoes, finely sliced rosemary, salt and pepper. Put 1 tbsp Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil, mix and leave aside.
Put a large pot over low-medium heat, add chicken with marinade and saute from each side. Then, add potatoes and rosemary twigs and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, put meat and potatoes in a pan and cover with foil. Bake for 20-30 minutes until soft and chicken is cooked.
Remove foil, cook for another 20-25 minutes and serve warm.
