Goat cheese wrapped in phyllo with TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon Crunchy buttered phyllo that covers goat cheese, sprinkled with sesame seeds and drizzled with a fine sauce of TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon.

GOAT CHEESE WRAPPED IN PHYLLO WITH TOP BALSAMIC CREAM WITH HONEY AND LEMON

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ package of phyllo 15x15cm
  • 120 gr Horio goat cheese
  • 50 gr Horio cow butter, melted (for coating)
  • 2 tblsp TOP Balsamic cream with honey and lemon
  • Salt, pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • Corn flour
  • Minerva corn oil for frying

EXECUTION

  1. Cut phyllo in half and oil with melted Horio cow butter.

  2. Cut Horio goat cheese in pieces of 1 cm thickness and wrap them in phyllo, creating a small package. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. In a pan, fry on both sides with Minerva corn oil, until crisp. Remove and place on a plate spread with kitchen paper.

  4. In a small pot, warm TOP Balsamic cream with honey and lemon (careful not to boil) and add corn flour while mixing constantly. When mixture thickens, remove from heat.

  5. Place goat cheese in a plate, drizzle with sauce and serve.
