EXECUTION
Cut phyllo in half and oil with melted Horio cow butter.
Cut Horio goat cheese in pieces of 1 cm thickness and wrap them in phyllo, creating a small package. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
In a pan, fry on both sides with Minerva corn oil, until crisp. Remove and place on a plate spread with kitchen paper.
In a small pot, warm TOP Balsamic cream with honey and lemon (careful not to boil) and add corn flour while mixing constantly. When mixture thickens, remove from heat.
Place goat cheese in a plate, drizzle with sauce and serve.
