EXECUTION
In a bowl put TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon, Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper and mix.
Wash and clean the shrimps and apply some of the mixture of step 1 on them.
Grill shrimps in the oven for about 4-5 minutes on both sides, then cover them with the rest of the mixture (step 1) and grill for extra 2-3 minutes to caramelize them.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with poppy seeds and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
