EXECUTION
Grill tuna for about 20 minutes – until brown from both sides.
In a small pot, put TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon, Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil, cumin, flour and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve tuna in a plate and pour sauce on top. Ready to serve.
