Greek Garlic dip This delicious dip needs potatoes, garlic, bread, olive oil and TOP White Balsamic.

GREEK GARLIC DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 dry loaf of bread
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 60 ml Horio Classic olive oil
  • 35 ml TOP White Balsamic
  • Salt-pepper

EXECUTION

  1. Cut potatoes in cubes and boil them.

  2. Soak bread in water in a large bowl, remove crust and squeeze in order to drain.

  3. Drain potatoes and put in bowl with bread. Add garlic, Horio Classic olive oil, TOP White Balsamic, salt and pepper and mash with a hand mixer.
