Sweet and sour pancettas Pork pancettas with orange sauce, ideally served with rice and salad. A delicious recipe!

SWEET AND SOUR PANCETTAS

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 pork pancettas
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 1 grated red apple
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 50 ml TOP Balsamic Vinegar with honey
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp Horio Organic olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tea cup white wine

EXECUTION

  1. Heat a big pan, pour Horio Organic olive oil and fry pancettas on both sides. Add garlic and apple and deglaze with wine. Add TOP Balsamic Vinegar with honey, orange juice, lemon zest, honey, rosemary and salt and pepper.

  2. Slow cook until sauce thickens.

  3. Once ready, serve and sprinkle pancettas with sesame seeds.

Tip: Serve with basmati rice with spring onion, or with salad.
