GLAZED SALMON WITH HONEY, VEGETABLES AND ORANGE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp TOP Balsamic Cream with Honey and Lemon
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 450gr asparagus
  • 250gr cleaned green beans
  • 1 sliced small orange
  • 1 tbsp Horio Koroneiki Variety olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets

EXECUTION

  1. Preheat grill.

  2. In a bowl whisk honey, soy sauce, TOP Balsamic Cream with Honey and Lemon and red pepper.

  3. Clean asparagus and put in a bowl with green beans, orange slices, Horio Koroneiki Variety olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix.

  4. Lay a baking sheet with aluminum foil and put salmon.

  5. Brush salmon with 2 tbsp honey mixture.

  6. Spread asparagus mixture around salmon fillets.

  7. Bake for 4 minutes, remove from oven and drizzle with 2 tbsp honey mixture. Return to oven, bake for another 4 minutes, remove and drizzle with the rest honey mixture.

  8. Return to oven once again and bake for 2 minutes.

  9. Serve immediately.
