Lentil salad A salad that could be easily served as main course, since it is full of taste and nutritious ingredients.

LENTIL SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tea cup lentils
  • 1 finely chopped spring onion
  • 6 finely chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 100 gr grated Horio Feta cheese
  • 20 ml TOP Apple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 50 ml Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

EXECUTION

  1. Boil lentils for 18-20 minutes. Strain and cool.

  2. In a bowl put lentils, sundried tomatoes, garlic, spring onions, herbs, Horio Sustainable olive oil and TOP Apple Balsamic Vinegar. Mix well, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with Horio Feta cheese.
