OCTOPUS STEW WITH ELBOW PASTA AND TOP BALSAMIC CREAM TOMATO AND HERBS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg octopus
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 onions
  • 600gr canned tomatoes
  • 50gr TOP Balsamic Cream Tomato and Herbs
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 15 grains of black pepper
  • 160 ml Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • ½ bunch finely chopped parsley
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 500gr elbow pasta
  • salt
  • white pepper

EXECUTION

  1. Boil octopus with the wine without adding water over medium heat. Cut in pieces and add chopped onions, pepper grains, salt, white pepper, garlic, tomatoes, cinnamon and Horio Sustainable olive oil. Cook until octopus softens. Add TOP Balsamic Cream Tomato and Herbs and parsley and mix.

  2. Boil elbow pasta in salted water and drain.

  3. Mix pasta with octopus, along with its sauce, and serve immediately.
