ACETO DOLCE

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ lt TOP white Vinegar
  • 250 gr dark crystalline sugar
  • 1 stalk of rosemary

EXECUTION

  1. We put all the ingredients into a saucepan and we boil them for approximately an hour, until the 2/3 of the liquid has evaporates. As the sauce is condensed, it becomes sticky syrup.

  2. We withdraw the saucepan from the heat on time not to burn our mixture, we leave the mixture to cool and we serve in a honey utensil.

  3. Optionally, we can add pepper grains.
